2 squares BAKER’S Unsweetened Baking Chocolate
1-1/4 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup oil

CRUSH remaining 1/2 cup cereal in small bowl. Drizzle with 1 tsp. oil; stir until well blended. Sprinkle evenly over batter.

BAKE at 350°F for 50 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan. Cool completely on wire rack.

Makes 1 loaf

Great Substitute: Substitute 1 scant tablespoon white vinegar or lemon juice plus enough milk to measure 3/4 cup for the buttermilk. Stir milk mixture and let stand for 5 minutes before using.
