Deli Style Pasta Salad

Prep: 15 min – Cook: 10 min

8 ounces rotini pasta, cooked, drained and cooled
1 package (16 ounce) BIRDS EYE Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots, cooked according to package directions, drained and cooled
1 can (2.25 ounce) sliced black olives, drained
1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 pound chicken breast, cooked and cubed
1/2 cup reduced calorie Italian salad dressing
3 tablespoons shredded parmesan cheese

In large bowl, combine pasta, vegetables, olives, onion, and chicken; add dressing and toss.

Sprinkle parmesan cheese over top.

Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
