Fresh Fruit Medley

Creamy Dressing (below) or 1/2 cup prepared poppy seed dressing
2 apricots or nectarines, sliced
1 orange, sliced
1 medium pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into 1-inch pieces
1 small bunch seedless grapes, cut in half (2 cups)

Prepare Creamy Dressing.

Toss dressing and remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Cover and refrigerate any remaining salad.

Creamy Dressing
1/2 cup whipping (heavy) cream
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel

Beat whipping cream and powdered sugar in chilled small bowl with electric mixer on high speed until soft peaks form.

Makes 6 servings, 1 cup each
