Italian Fruit Salad

1 pkg. (10 oz.) mixed salad greens
1 can (15 oz.) mandarin orange segments, drained
1 can (20 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
1/2 cup KRAFT Italian Dressing
1 container (16 oz.) BREAKSTONE’S or KNUDSEN Cottage Cheese
1/2 cup PLANTERS Sliced Almonds or chopped green onions

TOSS greens with orange segments, pineapple chunks and dressing.

SPOON cottage cheese on greens. Drizzle with additional dressing, if desired. Sprinkle with almonds.

Great Substitute: Any type of canned fruit makes this refreshing salad convenient. Try substituting canned peaches or fruit cocktail for the pineapple chunks or oranges.

Makes 4 to 6 servings
