Lemon And Lime Rice

2 cups MINUTE White Rice
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1-1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1-1/2 tsp. grated lime peel
1/2 tsp. salt

PREPARE rice as directed on package.

ADD butter to rice; stir until melted. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Serve warm.

Makes 4 servings

Great Substitute: Substitute 1 Tbsp. grated orange peel for 1-1/2 tsp. each grated lemon and lime peels.
