Octoberfest Pork Chops

Put a new twist on your Octoberfest celebration with this delicious one-skillet supper that combines the sweet and savory flavors of apples, nutmeg, sage, apple cider, and sweet onions.

6 boneless pork chops 3/4 to 1-inch thick (about 2 pounds)
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon McCormick® Rubbed Sage
1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® Season-All® Seasoned Salt
1 teaspoon McCormick® Thyme Leaves
1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Nutmeg
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 golden delicious apples, cut into thin wedges
1 large sweet onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup apple cider

1. Trim pork chops. Combine flour and next four ingredients. Sprinkle both sides of chops with 1 tablespoon of seasoned flour.

2. Brown chops in olive oil in large skillet over medium heat; remove from skillet. Add apple, onion, remaining seasoned flour, and cider to skillet. Stir to mix well. Place pork chops on top.

3. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 10 minutes or until chops are done.
