Raspberry Chocolate Coffee Cooler

Raspberries and chocolate are the perfect pair in a YoGo Cooler with creamy Yoplait® ParfaitPro® Yogurt.

 

1 4lb. pouch Yoplait® ParfaitPro® Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt

16 cups Skim milk

1 1/2 cups Chocolate-flavored coffee syrup, sugar-free

1/2 cup Raspberry-flavored coffee syrup, sugar-free

2 1/2 Tbsp Instant coffee granules

2 Cups Raspberries, fresh

Add yogurt, about 4 cups milk, syrups and instant coffee powder to a 2 gallon or larger container; whisk until completely smooth.

 

Add remaining 12 cups milk and whisk until fully incorporated.

 

Place 1/8 cup (#30 scoop) of raspberries in 16 serving cups; divide raspberry chocolate cooler evenly between serving cups and cover.

 

Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 72 hours before serving.

 

Tip: Add ice before serving for a refreshing twist.
