Turkey and Rice Soup

1 package McCormick Herb Brown Gravy
4 cups water
13 3/4 ounces chicken broth
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
2 cups cubed turkey
1 1/2 cups uncooked instant rice
Salt and pepper

In a Dutch oven or large saucepan, combine Herb Brown Gravy Mix, water, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.

Add the remaining ingredients. Return to boil; reduce heat; cover and simmer 5 minutes. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
