Savory Scrambled Eggs

2 tablespoons butter or margarine
8 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup milk
Salt and pepper
4 oz. (1/2 of 8 oz. pkg.) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, cubed*

*Or substitute Philadelphia Neufchatel Cheese, 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese for Philadelphia Cream Cheese.

Melt butter in skillet on low heat. Add combined eggs, milk and seasonings.

Cook slowly, stirring occasionally, until eggs begin to set.

Add cream cheese; continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until cream cheese is melted and eggs are set. Serve with toast.

MICROWAVE: Microwave butter on HIGH 30 seconds. Add remaining ingredients. Microwave on HIGH 2 minutes; stir. Microwave on HIGH 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

VARIATIONS: Prepare as directed, adding chopped fresh parsley, chives, green onion slices or crisply cooked Oscar Mayer Bacon, crumbled, as eggs begin to set.
