Sizzling Citrus Shrimp

Prep: 5 min – Cook Time: 8 min

1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon oil
1 cup snow peas
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
1/2 cup McCormick® Flavor Medleys Lemon Pepper

1. Stir fry shrimp in hot oil 3-4 minutes.

2. Add remaining ingredients. Stir fry 3-4 minutes or until vegetables are crisp tender.
