Sour Cream-Dill Bread

Prep: 11 min – Bake: 50 min

3 cups Original Bisquick®
1 1/4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (5 ounces)
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon sugar
3/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
3/4 teaspoon ground mustard
1 egg

1. Heat oven to 350°. Generously grease loaf pan, 9x5x3 inches.

2. Stir together all ingredients just until moistened. Pour into pan.

3. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes; loosen from sides of pan. Remove from pan and cool completely.

Makes 1 loaf (16 slices)
