Summer Melons & Cream

Cream Ingredients:

1 cup LAND O LAKES® Sour Cream
1 medium ripe banana
1 teaspoon lime juice
2 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon maple-flavored or pure maple syrup

Fruit Ingredients:

4 cups melon balls (cantaloupe, honeydew, casaba, Santa Claus, etc.)

Place all cream ingredients in food processor bowl fitted with metal blade. Cover; process until smooth (1 to 2 minutes).

Place 3/4 cup assorted melon balls in individual dessert dishes; top each serving with 1/4 cup cream mixture.

Makes 6 servings
