Vanilla Mousse

2/3 cup boiling water
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup canned evaporated skimmed milk
1 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract
1/8 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Cinnamon
2 cups fresh ice cubes
Fresh berries

Pour water and gelatin into an electric blender. Process on high 30 seconds.

Add sugar and process 5 seconds.

Add remaining ingredients except fruit and process 1 minutes or until mixture is smooth.

Pour into dessert dishes and chill 1 hour. Serve topped with fresh berries.
