Zippy Bacon Potato Salad

6 medium-size red potatoes
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 cup sliced green onion
1/4 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 HORMEL® Real Bacon Bits (3-ounce) jar
1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese

Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender; peel and cut into 1/2-inch cubes. Combine lemon juice and pepper. Drizzle over potato cubes while warm. Cool.

Add bacon bits and green onion. Combine mayonnaise, yogurt and blue cheese. Pour mayonnaise mixture over potato mixture. Toss to combine. Cover and chill thorougly.
