Creamy Mocha Fudge

Everyone knows that coffee and chocolate go together beautifully. And when they’re combined with sweetened condensed milk in this smooth Creamy Mocha Fudge recipe, everyone will be wondering where you got such an amazing recipe.

 

Prep: 10 min. 

 

4 tsps powdered instant coffee
2 tsps vanilla extract
2 cups HERSHEY’S SPECIAL DARK Mildly Sweet Chocolate Chips or HERSHEY’S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (12 oz pkg.)
1 cup HERSHEY’S Milk Chocolate Chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz) (not evaporated milk)
1 Tbsp milk
1 cup chopped nuts

Line 8- or 9-inch square pan with foil. Dissolve instant coffee in vanilla; set aside.
 
Combine semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, milk and coffee mixture in large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at MEDIUM (50%) 1 minute; stir. If necessary, microwave at MEDIUM an additional 15 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating, until chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred. Stir in nuts.
 
 Baking Tip: Add 1 cup chopped nuts for additional flavor and texture.

 

Spread evenly in prepared pan. Cover; refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Remove from pan; place on cutting board. Peel off foil; cut into squares. Store covered in cool, dry place. About 64 pieces or 2 pounds.
 
NOTE: For best results, do not double this recipe.
