4 cups cubed cooked potato 1/2 cup celery slices 14 cup chopped green pepper 2 tablespoons green onion, diced 1 teaspoon salt 1 8-ounce package Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese, softened 1/2 cup sour cream 2 tablespoons milk
Combine potatoes, celery, green peppers, onions and salt. Mix lightly. Combine cream cheese, sour cream and milk, mixing until well blended. Add to potato mixture. Mix lightly. Chill.
