1 lb. shrimp, peeled
2 cups broccoli florets
2 tablespoons McCormick Key West Style Spice Blends
(Lemon, Basil & Thyme)
1 tablespoon oil
Cook shrimp, broccoli and Spice Blends in hot oil 6 minutes, stirring frequently.
Cover and simmer 2 minutes or until done.
VARIATION: Cooked chicken strips can be substituted for shrimp.
Serving suggestion: Rice and tossed salad
